HOW TO USE
note, this is a ritual, not a routine. when we operate in a state of a ritual, we are much more intentional. cultivate your own desired skincare ritual in a space of calm, peace and love. do not practice this ritual distracted, your nervous system and skin will thank you later.
1. start by taking 3 deep breaths
2. once you have entered a state of calm, apply 3-4 drops of facial oil to you clean and dry face and neckusing light pressure, glide your gua sha up the right side of your neck from your collarbone to your ear 3-5 times
3. next, gently glide from your chin outwards to your ear 3-5 times
4. slowly move up your face working from the centre of the face out, toward the hair line. repeating 3-5 times
5. general rule, always glide up and out
6. repeat on left side
