As a holistic nutritionist, I take a comprehensive approach to supporting your body from the inside out, leaving you feeling connected and aligned to your best self. When we prioritize our self care rituals, natural skincare, nourishing foods, mindful movement, a clear conscious and daily gratitude, we are able to align with our highest self to radiate beauty, wellness and self love. my area of expertise:

DIVING DEEP TO THE ROOT CAUSES

When there is an imbalance showing up on our outermost layer, the skin, this is a direct reflection of an imbalance happening internally. Whether is poor digestion, nutritional deficenices , hormonal imbalance or an over burden of stress,  I will help to get to the root cause of your problematic skin!

MAKING SPACE FOR CHANGE

Your old habits are what has created the beautiful human begin that you are, but these habits may not be allowing you to reach your highest potential. I will help you to invest your energy and time into new and nourishing habits, which will allow you to be set free of the less desirable habits that do not serve you at this time.  Making space for change will allow you to implement nourishing and sustainable changes to make an impact on your health and wellness to elevate your vibrational energy.

CATALYZE CHANGE WITH CONSISTENCY 

Starting your days with daily rituals will set your intentions for the day to follow. After a high vibe and purposeful day, honouring the body with self-care rituals will help you to replenish and repair the mind, body and soul. Rituals are truly where the magic happens. As your nutritionist, I will help you create an impactful and nourishing selfcare practice with daily rituals.

Your skin, vibe and view on life is a direct reflection of how you are honouring the body on the inside. When you choose foods that burden the body with toxins, excess ingredients, inflammation or anti-nutrients, you are diminishing your light, energy and potential. As a nutritionist, it is my duty to allow you to create a healthy relationship with food, while providing the body with an abundance of nutrients. Rather then limiting your nutritional intake, I will teach you how to fuel your body with whole, nutrient dense, delicious and sustainable foods. By taking a wholesome approach to nutrition, your body will glow from the inside, out. 

MINDFULLY MOVING

Do you show up to your scheduled gym time to get in and out as quick as you can? Are you constantly focused on the weight, reps, heart rate and calories burned? Let’s change that mentality. Showing up for yourself is the first step, but the relationship you create with exercise is what will enhance your wellness. I will help your connect with movement with mindfulness, intention and impact.

it was timmmme 💇🏼‍♀️ 

as much as I’ve been loving the convenience of a slicked back/high top bun and my natural red it was time for a change!

when I asked y’all on Friday what to do.. 1/2 of the response were “keep it long and red”🫣 and 1/2 of the responses were “how did your hair grow so fast!”

my not so secret way to fast growing hair is a diet RICH in protein. I consume 3 high protein meals with the addition of collagen in my coffee and a protein shake mid afternoon every single day 👏🏼 protein is the building blocks for literally everything, including your hair.

wealth of wellness studio space update…

several weeks ago we started to update the studio space to what I had always envisioned.. more than just a studio space but a room that was a calming and healing “experience”. we added some new furniture, shelving, blankets and service add ons. one week later, the studio space and part of our gym flooded. after finding out it would be at least 10 weeks before we could get a replacement window I was so frustrated and disheartened. I kept asking myself if this was a sign.. “it wasn’t meant to be” “should I give up on this area of my business” “do people need this lux offering in such a stressful time”

and the more I pictured my business without holistic facials, the more I realized how passionate I am about them!
I believe our community deserves the option to choose natural ways to plump and contour the face, to experience the amazing benefits of lymphatic draining and the feel the incredible release of stress and tension that a holistic facial can provide. it truly is top tier and if you haven’t experienced a holistic facial, it’s a must!

so with that being said, I am so excited to share that I have decided to rent a beautiful and calm clinic space at Bloom Health to offer holistic facials ☺️

how many of you are still drinking coffee before breakfast 🫣 you hormones need help!

I recommend prioritizing a high protein breakfast first for the sake of all your hormones and blood sugar regulation. 

Caffeine has an impact on cortisol production and insulin regulation. When we consume caffeine on an empty stomach in the morning, when our cortisol (our waking and stress regulating hormone) is already at its peak, it can increase it even more. When cortisol is high, it can cause an imbalance to other hormones such as DHEA, estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. In addition to a rise in cortisol, our blood sugars will also rise, creating irregularities (energy bursts and quick crashes of fatigue.

Following this pattern day after day after day can quickly create hormonal imbalances, weight fluctuates, fatigue and poor sleep 🚩

Y’all.. I need to know! Do you write a grocery list each week or are you walking into any grocery store hoping you stay within your budget!? 👀

The only way I can stay within my budget is by planning ahead and writing a list of what I need. I’ve recently started using the “Reminders” app to write my lists and it’s been a game changer! I have a master list that includes all my regular stores and then I have subcategories for where I’d find it in the store. Like this..
