I am usually one of many words.. but I am still speechless 🥺

Shea and I celebrated 8 years together on Friday at home, on the couch, with the girls.. and an engagement 💍

I’ve loved this man since the day we met way back in our pizza hut days and I can’t wait to spend the rest of our lives together (even though we already planned on forever, the most perfect ring was a nice touch 😏)

dear apple watch.. thanks!

for holding me accountable and reminding me to prioritize movement everyday. some people hate this feature, but when I started to finally see the results of consistency, we became bffs.

with that being said, you don’t need an apple watch.. but you may need someone to hold you accountable.

for 2022 I made the decision to branch out from my home yoga studio and teach for the @bloomhealthptbo community. unfortunately, the world had other plans… which has led me back to offering virtual home yoga! I’m longing for the connection of community and I can’t wait to see my amazing regulars back on the screen next week. if you want to join our online community, swipe for the details 🤍😌
